Artful Leadership: From Reactive to Creative is a dynamic, highly interactive two-day course that teaches participants to develop workplace relationships characterized by high trust, collaboration and accountability. Emphasis is placed on practical experience rather than lecture, and participants will have extensive opportunity for skill practice during the two days.

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Make trust, collaboration, and accountability a shared responsibility with their colleagues and direct reports
  • Design powerful working alliances and agreements with direct reports, colleagues and organizational stakeholders
  • Guide direct reports to make deliberate, empowered choices about a plan of action to achieve desired goals
  • Engender shared commitment to and engagement in support of the chosen plan of action

 What Clients Are Saying…

“Our work with Michelle and LA was absolutely transformational.  What we learned impacts every interaction that occurs in our business as healthcare providers.  In a relatively short period of time, Michelle and LA communicated key relational concepts designed to enhance every personal interaction our managers encounter.  With their help, WE ARE NAVIGATING a (delete complete) cultural shift at Kaiser.  Daily, we strive to model the techniques we learned.

When you first meet Michelle and LA, you’re struck by their positive energy and dynamic personalities.  But, they also have the ability to create a safe learning environment where our staff could share challenging issues and truly grow.  After the seminar, some of the employees thanked us; calling the seminar ‘a gift’.”

~ Gary Petersen, Chief Operating Officer, Kaiser Permanente, Sunnyside Medical Center

“The seminar presented by Michelle Goss and LA Reding was accessible to leaders across varied levels of education and experience.  By incorporating real-life examples with exploratory exercises, the concepts were easy to adopt.”

~ Lauren M. Bridge, Chief Nursing Officer, Kaiser Permanente
